  2. WinFax.  Works ONLY in the U.S. version of Word for Windows 6.0x.

  4. To install:  Open the DOcument Template in Word for Windows 6.0x, 
  5. then click on the automated install button.  You will be able to
  6. optionally add the macro to a toolbar and/or a menu.
